Allison Fossella

Allison Fossella, MBA, LMHC, LPC has a diverse work experience in the mental health field. Allison is currently serving as the Director of Mental Health at Nice Healthcare, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Co-Owner & Managing Director at Arcana Mental Health LLC since November 2021.

In 2017, Allison joined Child & Family Services, Inc. and held multiple roles including Vice President of Behavioral Health & Psychiatry Services from November 2017 to December 2021. Allison also served as a Clinical Team Leader from May 2017 to November 2017.

Before that, they worked as a Research Specialist at Arizona State University from October 2015 to May 2017. Allison also has prior experience at Child & Family Services, Inc. where they served as the Mobile Crisis Intervention Program Manager from September 2014 to October 2015, Crisis Coordinator from August 2011 to September 2014, and Crisis Clinician from June 2010 to August 2011.

Additionally, Allison has held the role of Chief Member at Chief from July 2021 to August 2023. Their strong background in mental health and leadership positions demonstrates their expertise and commitment to the field.

Allison Fossella holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with concentrations in Business Data Analytics and Leadership from Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University between 2007 and 2010. Allison also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Arizona State University, both earned from 2002 to 2006.
