Michelle T.

Michelle T. is currently working as the VP of Technology at Nice Healthcare since 2021. Michelle is responsible for overseeing Engineering, IT, and Information Security to provide high-quality healthcare services at an affordable price.

Prior to their current role, Michelle worked at Thomson Reuters from 2008 to 2021 in various positions. Michelle served as an Architect - Data Engineering, where they modernized content acquisition and processing for legal/tax research applications. Michelle also played a key role in streamlining the machine learning process within the Data Engineering organization.

Michelle was also the Director - Partner Management, where they managed software delivery vendors and explored new technical capabilities for Thomson Reuters. In addition, they held the position of Technology Manager - Software Engineering, leading and managing Agile teams to build a new Cloud platform for legal practice workflow.

Before that, Michelle served as a Team Lead and Associate Team Lead in Software Engineering, overseeing the development of platforms and products for attorneys. Michelle also worked as a Software Engineer, contributing to the successful launch of WestlawNext, an online legal research system.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong technical skills and a focus on delivering value to customers.

Michelle T. holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
