Marcus Hilliges

Marcus Hilliges has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Marcus began their career as an Assistant Production Manager at InfoBric AB in 2011, and later held similar positions at Combiplate AB, CombiQ AB, and Datachassi AB. In 2012, they worked as a Search Engine Evaluator at iSoftStone. In 2013, they co-founded Lunds IT-service & support and served as its COO & Co-Founder. Marcus also worked as an Account Manager at Teknologkåren vid Lunds Tekniska Högskola (TLTH) during the same period. In 2013, they became the CEO/Founder of Spektronix as a self-employed entrepreneur. Marcus joined psHEALTH in 2016 as an Analyst Software Developer and later became an Associate. Since 2017, Marcus has been working at Valiantys - Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner. Marcus started as an Atlassian Consultant and gradually moved up to Senior Atlassian Consultant, Senior Atlassian Consultant/Delivery Lead, and Director of Delivery & Partners NA. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operational Tools & Technology.

Marcus Hilliges completed their Bachelor of Technology in Datavetenskap (Computer Science) from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 2012 to 2017. Marcus also pursued Advanced Computer Science in Datavetenskap at the same university from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they engaged in private lessons in Electrical Engineering from 2009 to 2010. Marcus has obtained various certifications from Atlassian, including Atlassian Certified System Administrator (ACP-SA) in November 2018, Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator (ACP-JA) in May 2018, Atlassian Skills Badge: Email in Jira (ASB-112) in October 2019, and Atlassian Skills Badge: Issue Security In Jira (ASB-ISJ) in October 2021.
