Nick Soman

Nick Soman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Nice Healthcare since June 2025, Soman also acts as an advisor to various companies including BuildOps and MightySignal. Previously, Soman founded and led Decent as CEO from February 2018 to June 2025, focusing on reforming health plans around Direct Primary Care. Additional roles include positions as Entrepreneur In Residence at Foundation Capital, Growth Product Lead at Gusto, and New Product Owner at Napster, where Soman spearheaded the development of a new streaming music app. Soman's entrepreneurial journey began with founding Reveal Chat, a successful chat application aimed at reducing loneliness. Previous experience includes a Senior Product Manager role at Amazon.com and consulting at Strategic Decisions Group. Soman holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from Stanford University in English, American Studies, Public Policy, and Economics.
