Roc Toll Pifarre is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and leadership within the tech industry. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Engineering at NPAW since December 2019, Roc manages a high-performing international team while focusing on customer relationships in the video industry, emphasizing tech integrations and quality of experience performance. Previous roles include Partners & Customer Engineer at NPAW and Software Engineer at Owsy Corporation, alongside founding Estokin S.L. as Co-founder & CTO. Roc's educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, a postgraduate degree in project management from EADA Business School, and a forthcoming executive program at IESE Business School, enhancing skills in business leadership.
