Brian Watson

Brian Watson has over 25 years of experience in the operations and supply chain industry. Brian began their career in 1995 at King Surveyors Inc as a Land Survey Engineer and Administrative Assistant. In 1998, they joined the Town of Windsor as a Parks and Recreation Division Assistant. From 2003 to 2011, Watson served as the Assistant Food and Beverage Director and Buyer at Boulder Country Club. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Purchasing Manager at MKS Instruments. In 2020, Watson became the Chief Operating Officer at Nice Recovery Systems, where they oversee production management, supply chain, facilities, order fulfillment, materials management, planning and human resources. Additionally, they led the implementation of critical systems, established and monitored key performance indicators for department leads, and scaled total annual sales by 200%.

Brian Watson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northern Colorado in 2002. Brian also attended APICS Northern Colorado. In 2013, they received Microsoft Access 2010 Logical Operations Queries Training from The Growth Coach Aims Community College Continuing Education/ Sparton Corporation. Brian also obtained certifications in Managing Teams and Time Management from The Growth Coach Aims Community College Continuing Education/ Sparton Corporation in 2012. Additionally, they are certified in adult/child CPR, adult/child AED, and standard first aid.
