Liah Vazana

Liah Vazana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and product success, currently serving as Senior Director of Business Operations and Product Success at NICE since July 2015. In this role, Vazana has directed a team of over 60 individuals, focusing on enhancing operational excellence through strategic planning, analytics, and process development. Key achievements include transforming services organizations into profit centers, boosting NPS scores, and implementing knowledge management strategies. Previous positions include Director of Business Operations and Global Customer Operations Manager at NICE, as well as leadership roles at Orange, where Vazana managed extensive CRM transformation projects. Vazana holds an MBA and a BSc in Engineering with a focus on Management Information Systems from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
