Shira Mautner Shrot

Shira Mautner Shrot is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in corporate business applications and IT management. Currently serving as Corporate Business Applications Manager at NICE Ltd since November 2017, Shira leads global teams in assessing technology needs, driving IT initiatives, and ensuring project success through effective budgetary control and prioritization. Previously, Shira worked at Amdocs, managing HR information system transformations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with business requirements. Shira began a career in project management at Tefen, gaining valuable experience across various industries, and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a Master of Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
