Ian Tooley Eng Tech MIET LCGI has extensive experience in the electrical engineering field, currently serving as an Area Engineer at NICEIC since October 2004. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Electrical Quality Manager at Chelmer Housing Partnership from March 2003 to October 2004 and served as Electrical Services Manager at Chelmsford Borough Council from January 1986 to March 2003. Ian began the career as a Service Engineer/Electrician at Belmont Electrical from September 1979 to January 1986. Ian’s educational background includes a degree in Electrical Design, Electrical Inspection and Testing, and a C&G Technicians Certificate in Electrical Engineering from Colchester Institute, completed in 1999, along with a TEC (HNC) in Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications from Southend College of Technology, obtained in 1985.
