Carrie Law

Carrie Law is a seasoned professional in user support and customer success, currently serving as the Manager of User Support and Customer Success Lead at Niche since November 2017. In this role, Carrie leads a team that enhances user interactions by researching and communicating user and client needs to product and tech teams. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Cornell University, where Carrie co-managed a mobile research lab focused on new cigarette warning labels, and at the Health Policy Institute, contributing to a database for health profession education standards. Additional experience includes event management at Phipps Conservatory, and residential life management at the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown. Carrie holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh and an undergraduate degree in Geography, Communications, and Theater Arts from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
