Quiana Kinloch

Quiana Kinloch is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in fostering employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Director of People Success at Niche since April 2021, Quiana leads strategic initiatives focused on employee experience, retention, and performance management. Previous roles include Director of People Operations at Niche, Organizational Effectiveness Leadership Consultant, and Director of Human Resources at Church's Chicken, where responsibilities encompassed global talent management and employee engagement strategies. Quiana also held key positions at CAN Capital, PSA Healthcare, Alorica, Benchmark Brands, and The Marcus Institute, contributing to the development and execution of HR programs aligned with business objectives. Quiana holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Management from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications and Spanish from Queens University of Charlotte.
