Stephanie Freeman is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in building inclusive recruitment programs and enhancing employee effectiveness. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Niche since June 2021, Stephanie previously held roles such as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Bandwidth Inc. and HR Business Partner at TransLoc. Notable achievements include designing a global recruiting department at ChannelAdvisor and developing a comprehensive onboarding process at Automated Insights. Stephanie holds a BBA in Business Management, Business Law, and Marketing from the University of Miami, as well as a Master's in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University.
