Max Rietschier

Max Rietschier is a seasoned Technical Services Manager with extensive experience in product testing, certification, and technical support within the construction and insulation industries. At Nichiha USA since July 2022, Max oversees the technical aspects of products and leads testing and certification efforts. Previously, at Kingspan Insulation from April 2015 to June 2022, responsibilities included similar management of technical processes. Max's earlier experience includes serving as Lead Building Codes Consultant for the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, where oversight of the International Code Council Codes adoption was a key function. Prior roles include Construction Superintendent at America's Home Place and Electrician/Port Security Specialist during a decade of service in the U.S. Coast Guard. Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University and has specialized training from the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center.
