Michael Russo

Michael Russo has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Sales at Nichiha USA since November 2011. Russo has held multiple positions within the company, including Sales Manager for National Brands and National Accounts Sales Representative in the Retail Division, where responsibilities included consulting with major retail brands and managing lead pipelines. Prior to Nichiha, Russo worked as an Account Executive at IKON Office Solutions, focusing on process improvement and document workflow solutions, and at Vocalocity, specializing in VoIP solutions. Russo earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
