Mike Austin

Mike Austin has extensive experience in maintenance planning and supervision within various companies. Currently serving as a Maintenance Planner at Nichiha USA since September 2021, Mike is responsible for scheduling daily work and ensuring maintenance tasks are prepared for completion. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Maintenance Supervisor at Tractor Supply Company from April 2019 to October 2021. Mike also worked at Pratt Industries from February 2010 to January 2018 as a Maintenance Planner, focusing on scheduling monthly shutdowns and coordinating work hours across departments and with contractors.
