The Field Operations team at Nicholas & Associates, Inc. is responsible for managing on-site activities to ensure that construction projects are executed efficiently and to high standards. This includes supervising daily operations, coordinating subcontractors and crews, ensuring safety compliance, and monitoring project timelines and budgets.
