Joseph Tracey possesses extensive experience in the maritime and industrial sectors, currently serving as a Millwright at Stabbert Marine & Industrial since 2023. Previously, Tracey has held multiple roles, including Journeyman Pipefitter Lead at Nichols Brothers Boat Builders, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of journeymen and apprentices in pipe installation for significant projects like the S-182 Savage Tug. Additionally, Tracey worked as a Traveling Pipefitter Welder at Sound Resource Group, specializing in structural repairs for the Trident Seafoods boatyard, and accumulated skills in welding and fabrication at Sound Ocean Metal Fabricators. Prior military service includes working as an Aviation Structural Mechanic in the US Navy, focusing on the EA-6B Prowler. Joseph Tracey’s education at Wayne County Schools Career Center includes training in nursing as an LPN.

Nichols Brothers Boat Builders is the Northwest's premiere custom boat builder specializing in steel and aluminum vessel construction, repair and major conversions for all vessel types ranging from 70' to 380' in length.
