Kate Bett is the Owner/Partner of BettSolutions, LLC where Kate provides talent management and organizational development solutions to various industries globally. Kate also works as an Independent Associate for TalentTelligent and has experience as an Adjunct Faculty at Nichols College. Kate has worked as an Independent Associate for Korn Ferry and Lominger International in the past, and as a Manager at Deloitte & Touche and Computer Sciences Corporation. Kate holds a MA in Human Resource Development from Marymount University and a BA in Government & Politics from George Mason University.
