Robert Schug

Robert Schug serves as a Partner at Nichols Kaster, PLLP, since May 2016, following a role as Director of Litigation and Training at Impact Fund from June 2013 to May 2016, where management of litigation and training activities was conducted for a non-profit law firm focused on economic, environmental, and social justice. Schug's prior experience includes several positions as an attorney, notably at Nichols Kaster from 2006 to 2012, where representation of employees in complex class action and collective action litigation was a primary focus. Additionally, experience in business and intellectual property litigation was gained at Robins Kaplan from 2007 to 2009. Robert Schug holds a Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, earned between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor of Science in Music Business from Middle Tennessee State University, completed in 2003.
