Aaron Kilner has extensive work experience in marketing and brand strategy. Aaron has worked as the Head of Marketing and Brand Strategy at Nick Auditore Represents Pty Ltd since 2021. In this role, they are responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy for various brands. Prior to this, Aaron worked at adidas for over a decade in various roles. Aaron was a Senior Specialist in Omni Channel Marketing, a Brand Manager, and a Manager of Technical Marketing. During their time at adidas, Aaron successfully developed marketing communication plans, led teams in organizing retail roadshows, and managed relationships with athletic associations, resulting in positive sales growth and market share gains. Before joining adidas, Aaron worked as the Director of Footwear and Senior Clinician at Complete Feet, where they built and managed relationships with local businesses and implemented customer engagement and sales strategies.
Aaron Kilner attended La Trobe University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health with a major in Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. In addition to their formal education, Aaron has also obtained certifications in Unconscious Bias, Content Marketing: Social Media, and Digital Transformation from LinkedIn in 2020.
