Kathy Parsons

Kathy Parsons is an experienced director with a diverse portfolio across various organizations. Currently serving as Director at McMillan Shakespeare since May 2020, Director at Nick Scali Limited since January 2023, and Director at SHAPE Australia since November 2021, Kathy has also held the position of Director at Tassal Group from October 2021 to November 2022. Prior to this, a significant tenure at EY as Partner lasted from 1989 to April 2020. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from UNSW obtained between 1985 and 1988 and is completing further education at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, starting in 2020.
