Darien Mitchell Bas

Darien Mitchell Bas is a skilled communications professional with a strong background in social media management and public relations. Currently serving as the Social Media and Communications Officer at Nickel Asia Corporation since February 2019, Darien is responsible for the company's social media presence, internal and external communications, and event documentation, also playing a key role during the COVID-19 crisis. Prior to this role, Darien worked as a Media and Research Assistant at Stratos Public Relations and Consultancy, where responsibilities included monitoring press releases and conducting research. Additionally, Darien has experience in education, having taught Philosophy and World Religions at the School of Saint Anthony. Darien holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines, earned from 2013 to 2017.
