Lilet Agdamag

Lilet Agdamag has a strong background in human resources, with over 26 years of experience in various roles. Lilet started their career as a Human Resources Staff at A Brown Company Inc. in 1994, where they handled benefits administration, employee relations, and discipline. During their time there, they were recognized as a consistent Model Employee. In 2001, Lilet joined Philex Mining Corporation as a Human Resources and Admin. Assistant Manager, successfully managing the Human Resources and Administration departments. Lilet was also a member of the Management Panel for the CBA Negotiation and played a key role in preparing salary projections and benefits comparisons. In 2008, Lilet moved to Apex Mining Corporation as a Human Resources and Admin. Assistant Manager, where they served until 2010. Then, they joined Nickel Asia Corporation as a Senior Human Resources Manager, where they remain to this day.

Lilet Agdamag completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Centro Escolar University between the years 1990 and 1994. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Relations, with a major in Human Resource Development, from the University of the Philippines from 1998 to 2000.
