Tamsin Senders (nee Williams) is an experienced professional in the bacterial oxidation and heap leaching industries, possessing over 17 years of expertise. Currently serving as Processing Manager at NickelSearch Ltd since December 2021, Tamsin previously worked as a Consulting Microbiologist at Western Areas Ltd and has held multiple director-level positions, including Director at Senders Consulting Pty Ltd from 2006 to December 2021. Key achievements include co-inventing the BioHeap bacterial heap leach process and developing bacterial heap leaches for various mining companies.
