Dicky Dooradi

Dicky Dooradi is a seasoned professional in finance and operations with extensive experience in program management and implementation. Currently serving as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Nickol Global Solutions since September 2024, Dicky previously held multiple senior roles at DT Global, including Vice President of US Operations and Senior Director of Operations, from January 2021 to September 2024. With a background in program management at Democracy International from July 2015 to December 2020, Dicky managed overseas program implementation and supported field operations as Senior Director of Program Management and Director of Program Operations. Earlier, Dicky served as Manager of Global Finance and Compliance at The Asia Foundation and progressed through various positions at Democracy International, demonstrating a robust capability in strategic planning and research. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Marketing Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Indonesia.
