Frida Jonsson has a varied work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Personal Assistant for TEAM BRAIN INJURY SUPPORT LIMITED, where they worked with individuals with brain injuries from a psychological perspective with a focus on motivating independence. In 2013, they became a Personal Assistant for Independent Living Solutions Ltd, where they followed a client from a previous assistant company and worked alone with the individual during the process of moving from a care home to independent living. Frida also had a large role in rehabilitation and monitoring during this life change. In 2014, they worked as a Praktikant Digital Design for Symsoft, producing graphics for a CSR report, as well as a Freelance Designer for Pavven and a Freelance Web Designer for Swedish Cinema Productions. Frida then worked as a Social Media Manager for The Tea Centre of Stockholm in 2015, where they were a tea specialist and salesperson responsible for social media marketing, including photography, content creation and website. In 2016, they became an Activation Project Manager for Universum Global, where they managed digital, print and video production, as well as the creation of research-based tailored communications strategies. Frida was also the product owner of two print publications. In 2018, they became a Nordic Brand Manager - Laundry & Home Care for Henkel, and in 2021 they became a Regional Brand Manager for NICKS.

Frida Jonsson obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) in Psychology from the University of Reading between 2007 and 2010. Frida then studied Digital Graphics and Illustration at Södertörn University in 2016. Between 2014 and 2015, they studied Digital Design at Kristianstad University. Frida also attended the American International School of Guangzhou at an unknown time.
