Dr. Ammani Pagadala has extensive work experience in the field of education and research. Dr.Ammani began their career as an Associate Professor at RBVRR Women's College in 2002. Dr.Ammani then worked as a Senior Assistant Professor at IBS, Hyderabad from 2008 to 2012. At IPE, they served as a Senior Faculty from 2012 to 2013, where they were responsible for teaching MBA students and coordinating student activities. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Freelance Education and Research Consultant at AISFM, Ethames, Indian Institute of Materials Management. Since 2014, Dr. Pagadala has been associated with NICMAR, initially as a Senior Associate Professor and currently as the Head of QSCM & HSEM.
Dr. Ammani Pagadala's education history is as follows:
From 2003 to 2008, Dr. Pagadala pursued a Ph.D. in Management at Osmania University.
Between 1996 and 1998, Dr. Pagadala completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing at Osmania University.
From 1989 to 1991, Dr. Pagadala pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mathematics at Osmania University.
In 1983 and 1984, Dr. Pagadala obtained an SSC degree from Andhra yuvathi Mandali.
Dr. Pagadala has also obtained additional certifications, including "Building Resilience" from LinkedIn, "HpLife on line course on Customer Relationship Management" from Hplife, "Introduction to data analytics" from Simplilearn, and "HP Life Online Course on Successful Mindset" from HP LIFE. These certifications were attained in 2022.
