Santosh Muddaiah

Santosh Muddaiah has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Santosh currently holds the role of Chief Executive Officer at Nicobar Design Pvt. Ltd. since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at 24SEVEN Convenience Stores from November 2019 to November 2022.

Before their tenure at 24SEVEN, Santosh held various positions at Future Group India, including Business Head of Easyday Supermarkets from an unspecified date in 2017 to November 2019, and Chief - Food Strategy at Big Bazaar Hypermarkets from an unspecified date in 2015 to an unspecified date in 2017.

Santosh also worked for Walmart as the General Manager Operations - Hypermarkets & Supermarkets from 2008 to 2015.

Santosh'searlier experience includes roles such as Retail Business Head at Chellarams in Nigeria from 2004 to 2007, Regional Retail Operations Manager at Barista Coffee Company from 2002 to 2004, Retail Consultant at Technopak Advisors from 2000 to 2002, Regional Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. from 1995 to 2000, and Assistant Sales Manager at Onida from 1990 to 1993.

Santosh Muddaiah obtained a B.Sc. degree in Science from St. Aloysius College, Mangalore, from 1985 to 1988. Following that, they pursued an MBA degree in Marketing from Mangalore University, from 1988 to 1990. Additionally, in October 2020, they obtained a Mastery in Coaching certification from an institution approved by the International Coaching Federation and designed by Coaching Changes Lives, Singapore.
