Marlena Ciechan-Kujawa

Marlena Ciechan-Kujawa is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of management accounting and controlling. Currently serving as Dziekan at Nicolaus Copernicus University, Marlena also leads the Department of Management Accounting and coordinates postgraduate studies in Project Management. Active in the International Association of Controllers (ICV Polska) since June 2016, Marlena plays a key role in promoting the importance of controllers within the business management community. With extensive experience at various organizations, including serving as a leading auditor at Q&R Polska and as President of BI-Smart, Marlena's background is complemented by a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Nicolaus Copernicus University.
