Alissa Oudenhoven

Alissa Oudenhoven has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Alissa began their career at Associated Bank in 2006 as an Audit Intern and gradually progressed to the role of AVP Audit Project Manager, where they managed various projects. Alissa also held positions as a Senior Auditor, Auditor II, and Auditor during their tenure at Associated Bank. In 2015, Alissa joined Nicolet National Bank as the VP Internal Audit Manager. In this role, they are responsible for creating and executing an effective risk-based audit plan, providing leadership to internal auditors, and evaluating the effectiveness of policies and regulations.

Alissa Oudenhoven obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 2001 to 2006. In addition, they obtained certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) in February 2014 and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) in November 2012.
