Bridget Lecaptain

Bridget LeCaptain has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bridget began their career as a Waitress at Village Kitchen in 2000 and worked there until 2015. In 2007, they joined Baylake Bank as a Credit Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Portfolio Manager, where they worked until 2016. Since 2016, Bridget has been working at Nicolet National Bank, where they initially served as a Commercial Loan Officer. Bridget then advanced to the position of AVP Credit Analyst Manager in 2017 and currently holds the position of VP Credit Administration Manager.

Bridget LeCaptain earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Financial Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2003 to 2007.
