Phil Martie has more than 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the business process outsourcing industry. Phil founded Nicolette in 2016 and served as the CEO, focusing on patient empowerment and provider partnerships. Prior to that, Phil worked at Canon Business Process Services, Inc. from 2011 to 2016, first as the Vice President of Operations with executive oversight of outsourced business processes in the West and Central regions of the US, and then as the Director of Operations for the Western US. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Business Development Executive at Xerox, and from 2004 to 2010, they held positions at Canon Business Process Services, including Manager of Enterprise Account Sales and National Account Manager. Before that, Phil worked at IKON Office Solutions as a Strategic Account Sales Analyst and at IST Management Services as an Implementation Manager, where they were responsible for implementing outsourcing solutions and improving client accounts.
Phil Martie earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Kaplan University, where they attended from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Film and Video Production from Georgia State University from 1996 to 1997. In addition to their degrees, Phil Martie has also achieved certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and as a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Aveta Business Institute.
