Dragana Atanasov Poparic

Dragana Atanasov Poparic has extensive work experience in the recruitment and HR industry. Dragana began their career as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Nicoll Curtin in July 2014, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and building strategic partnerships. Dragana then progressed to become a Principal Consultant, Team Leader, and Manager, eventually taking on the role of Associate Director, where they set up and managed an outsourcing center in Serbia for the Nicoll Curtin Group, providing recruitment solutions for various countries. In December 2021, they were promoted to Executive Director/Country General Manager, overseeing the operations of multiple departments across different countries, including Human Resources, Payroll, Recruitment, L&D, and Marketing. Dragana also served as the Deputy Head of Switzerland and Head of Serbia during their time with Nicoll Curtin. Before joining Nicoll Curtin, Dragana worked in the Human Resources department at SKY Partner R.S ltd.
