Terra L.

Terra L. has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2009 as a Lead Expert at Dion's, where they focused on employee development and implemented a personal filing system. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an HR Intern at Heads Up Landscape Contractors, handling new hire orientation and personnel files. Next, they joined The University of New Mexico in 2014 as an HR Analyst, responsible for recruitment and ensuring quality candidate experiences. Terra later became a Human Resources Generalist, leading a team in establishing HR Shared Services and conducting equity assessments. In 2018, Terra joined Amazon as a Staffing Coordinator, managing recruitment and creating requisitions. Terra then transitioned to an HR Business Partner role, overseeing employee engagement, employee relations investigations, and organizational effectiveness. Most recently, in 2022, Terra became the Human Resources Director at NICOR Lighting.

Terra L. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from The University of New Mexico from 2009 to 2013. Terra then pursued a Master's of Public Administration degree in Policy and Administration from The University of New Mexico from 2015 to 2018.
