The Finance and Operations team at NICS oversees financial planning, management, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and stability. They manage budgets, financial compliance, and operational logistics across the network of 15 international schools. Additionally, the team supports the implementation of strategic initiatives and coordinates operational processes to sustain and grow the organization’s global impact.
