Julien Pagliaroli

Julien Pagliaroli has a strong and extensive work experience in various roles within the operations and manufacturing field. Julien started their career at JST Transformateurs as an Automation Specialist, where they designed and implemented a new system for conducting lightening tests on power transformers. Julien then worked at Feroneria SA as a Sales and Marketing Engineer, where they focused on exploring new markets and customers to increase sales volume. Following that, they joined REP International as a Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineer, where they implemented ISO quality systems and developed preventive maintenance plans for high-tech equipment. Julien then took on a project management role at AutoWIN, overseeing the industrialization of a production line for automotive parts.

After that, they joined Leroy Somer, first as a New Product Development and Process Engineer, then as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in China, where they led a team and increased production volume and performance. Later, they became the Materials and Supply Chain Manager in France, responsible for supply chain functions and production IT. Julien then moved to India as the Director of Operations, overseeing strategic operations and reorganizing plant activities. Julien also served as the Plant Director in China, where they led all operational functions and strategic sourcing to serve the Asia Pacific market. Prior to their current role, they were the Director of Operations at Delmon Group, in charge of operations in multiple countries. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations for CIMD-E at Leroy Somer, responsible for operations in France, Eastern Europe, and China.

Julien Pagliaroli has a solid educational background in the field of engineering. Julien obtained a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Engineering/Industrial Management from ITII Lyon, France, between 1999 and 2002. Prior to that, they completed their BTECH in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at IUT Lyon 1 from 1997 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Julien also acquired additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Julien completed the Advanced Leadership program at IMAGO Management in April 2012 and the Lean Champion Development Program at Emerson in February 2006.
