Rockwell Moulton is a seasoned construction manager with 29 years of extensive experience in overseeing multimillion-dollar construction projects for both government and private-sector clients. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Nielsen Builders, Inc. since April 2012, Rockwell has previously held key positions, including Vice President of Construction at Team ACP Construction and Construction Manager/Senior Project Manager at Martin Horn, Inc. Proficient in managing a diverse array of projects such as higher education facilities, airport renovations, and historical restorations, Rockwell has a proven track record of on-time project completion while meeting stringent budgetary and client satisfaction goals.
