Amanda Isler

Amanda Isler (Jordan) is a seasoned Human Resources Technology professional with significant experience in leading talent acquisition and HR operations. Currently serving as the VP of HR Technology and Operations at Nielsen since May 2025, Amanda previously held various leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from September 2021 to May 2025, including Director of HR Technology and Director of Talent Acquisition Operations, where responsibilities spanned global talent acquisition and onboarding for a large workforce. Prior to that, Amanda accumulated extensive experience at Cielo Talent, focusing on technology solutions and strategic talent acquisition, and laid foundational skills as a recruiter in IT and financial services. Amanda holds an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BBA in International Business and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
