Brian K. Walker

Brian K. Walker is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director, Global HR Business Partner & Director HR for North America at Nielsen since November 2020, Brian Walker has successfully expanded the scope of HR talent strategy while supporting senior leaders and a global employee base. Previously, Brian Walker founded and managed Tier 1 Staffing, providing strategic talent acquisition solutions for technology-sector executives. With a background at Bank of America as Vice President in Operations and Human Resources, Brian Walker demonstrated expertise in HR policy, compliance, and employee relations. Brian Walker also held HR leadership roles at the Los Angeles Film School, where a complete turnaround of the HR department was achieved, and Accenture, where various HR positions were held. Brian Walker holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Claremont Graduate University.
