Paula Sturman

Paula Sturman has over 25 years of experience in talent development and organizational leadership, currently serving as VP of Talent and Development at Nielsen since January 2007. Throughout their tenure at Nielsen, Sturman has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Learning and Development, where Paula focused on professional growth and strategic partnerships with Talent and Diversity & Inclusion teams. Sturman has successfully designed global learning programs aimed at enhancing digital literacy and leadership skills. Prior to Nielsen, Sturman worked at Spectra Marketing and ACNielsen, managing client services and analytic solutions teams, and building strong client relationships. Sturman holds a B.A. in English and Communications Studies from Northern Illinois University, graduating in 1994.
