Tracey Lavery

Tracey Lavery is a seasoned leader in talent strategy and human resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Talent Strategy at Nielsen since December 2021, Lavery partners with the EVP leadership team of Global Data Solutions to enhance talent initiatives aligned with business goals while promoting career growth, talent mobility, and robust DE&I practices. Previously, Lavery held the position of Director, Global Human Resources Business Partner at Teradata from 2018 to 2021, focusing on talent strategy for 2,800 employees worldwide. Lavery’s earlier roles at Scripps Health included various directorships in HR transformation and benefits from 2007 to 2018, and experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at Jacobs Engineering and a Human Resources Generalist Sr. at Prudential California Realty. Academic credentials include an MA in Psychology from San Diego State University and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Rutgers University.
