Vikas Pala

Vikas Pala is an experienced quality assurance professional with a robust background in testing general insurance products and insurance broking systems. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at Nielsen since May 2022, Vikas has previously held key positions as Test Lead at IAL Insurance and Wesfarmers Insurance, where responsibilities included overseeing testing processes. Earlier career experiences also include roles as a Test Analyst at Ebix and The New India Assurance Co. Ltd., as well as a Senior Test Analyst at Bank of Baroda. Vikas possesses a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance methodologies within the insurance sector, contributing to successful product testing and project outcomes.
