Allison Paul

North America Customer Success Leader, Strategic Analytics & Insights

Allison Paul has extensive experience in customer success and analytics, having held multiple leadership roles at NielsenIQ since July 2005, including North America Customer Success Leader and various Vice President positions within the BASES division. In addition to a successful career in client service and innovation practices at NielsenIQ, Allison has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Boston College Carroll School of Management from September 2020 to December 2023. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Philosophy from Boston College, completed in 2005.
