Brian Parchem

Brian Parchem has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Brian'smost recent position is as the Senior Vice President of Technology at NielsenIQ, where they began in August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Information Officer at Echo Global Logistics from January 2021 to August 2021.

From 2012 to 2021, Brian worked at TransUnion in various leadership positions. Brian served as the Executive Vice President of Global Engineering and Operations, overseeing strategy and product development. Brian also held the role of Senior Vice President of Application Development, where they implemented strategic technology vision and managed a team of over 800 development employees. Additionally, they were the Senior Vice President of IT Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Support, responsible for global IT infrastructure and operations.

Before their time at TransUnion, Brian worked at HSBC. Brian held positions such as Global Senior Director of IT Engineering Operations and Service Management, North American Senior Director of Data Center IT Operations, and North American Director of Content Management Application Development. Brian provided strategic leadership, managed budgets, and developed relationships with top-tier clients.

Brian's earliest work experience includes a management trainee role at Chase in 1996 and a management internship at Walt Disney World in 1993.

Brian Parchem has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Northern Illinois University. Brian also holds certifications in Certified Civilian Scientist, Sustainability and Green Research from the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, and Six Sigma from Six Sigma.
