Claudio Giovenco

Claudio Giovenco is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions across South Europe, focusing on Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal at NielsenIQ since January 2021. In this role as Human Resources Director, Claudio oversees approximately 1,500 employees and a dedicated team of around 10 associates, managing all aspects of HR including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Relations. Previously, Claudio held multiple positions at Nielsen from November 2008 to December 2020, culminating in the role of Talent Acquisition Global Data Governance & Insights Director, where key achievements included establishing metrics for monitoring recruitment performance. Claudio's career also includes significant roles in compensation and benefits at Sky Italia and RCS MediaGroup, complemented by a Master's degree in Human Resources from Il Sole 24 ORE Business School and a degree in Political Sciences from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
