Hammad Farooqui is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and business intelligence across various regions, including the Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan. Currently serving as Director Solutions in Global Operations Transformation at NielsenIQ, Hammad drives digital transformation and operational excellence through the management of a portfolio of data acquisition applications. Previous roles at NielsenIQ included directing operations for a $110M portfolio and leading a large workforce across multiple regions, enhancing efficiency through strategic initiatives. Hammad has a strong background in the contact center and BPO industry, having held leadership positions at Cupola Teleservices, Sybrid Private Limited, and Cyber Internet Service Provider, among others. Hammad's academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Strayer University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Iqra University.
