Jackie Dormandy

Jackie Dormandy is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles. Currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at NielsenIQ since October 2020, Jackie previously held multiple positions at Nielsen, including Learning and Development Consultant/Lead and Associate Client Director, from 2010 to 2020. Jackie also contributed to SymphonyIRI Group as a Project Manager in Retail Client Services and served as a Category Development Analyst at The J.M. Smucker Company. Earlier career experience includes roles as Manager of Retail Client Services at Symphony IRI Group and Personal Banker at Wells Fargo Bank. Jackie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
