Rajesh Sharma

Rajesh Sharma has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and insurance industries. Rajesh currently holds the position of VP Technology at NielsenIQ since 2023. Prior to that, they served as Sr. VP - Enterprise Applications at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2021 to 2022. In their role, they were responsible for managing the digital ecosystem and delivering strategic programs. From 2013 to 2021, Rajesh worked at Majesco, where they held the positions of VP Product Engineering and Director Product Engineering. Rajesh was responsible for the US P&C Insurance Policy Platform and Commercial & Personal Lines products suite, respectively. During their time at Majesco, they successfully delivered growth programs, stabilized key customers, and improved quality and performance. Before joining Majesco, Rajesh worked at Fiserv as a Sr. Engineering Manager, where they led the development of a Core Account Processing solution for Credit Unions. Rajesh also has experience as an Engineering Manager at DXC Technology and as a Software Engineer at Tata Infotech & others.

Rajesh Sharma holds an MTech degree in Data Science & Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Rajesh also obtained a degree in Computer Science from Gujarat University. In terms of additional certifications, they have achieved the following: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Oracle Certified Associate in Java SE 5/SE 6 (SCJA) from Oracle, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) from the Insurance Institute of America.
