Shawn A. Burton, CIC, has extensive experience in the surety and construction fields, currently serving as a Surety Specialist at Nielson Hoover & Associates since July 2012. Prior to this role, Shawn worked as a Surety Bond Specialist at Brown & Brown of Florida from December 1999 to June 2012, and held the position of Surety Specialist at Clarion Insurance Agency Inc from 1996 to 1999. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Florida, earned between 1990 and 1995.
