Clement Odediran Cisa

Clement Odediran has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to information security, auditing, and assurance. Clement is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement Systems PLC. Prior to this, Clement held multiple positions at Union Bank of Nigeria, including Head of Information Systems, Robotics, and Analytics Assurance, Acting Chief Audit Executive, and Head of Information Systems, Robotics, and Analytics Assurance.

Before their time at Union Bank, Clement worked at Access Bank Plc as the Head of Quality Assurance in the Internal Audit Group. Clement also had a notable tenure at Diamond Bank Plc, where they served as the Head of Assurance Group in the Corporate Audit Division, Group Head of Information Systems, Analytics, and Project Assurance, Head of Information Systems Audit, and Team Lead of Systems Inspection.

Clement's earlier experience includes working as the Head of VSAT Services Department at HEIRS Technology Services Limited, where they managed the administration of the bank's Wide Area Network Connectivity and designed VSAT network architecture and telecommunication solutions.

Throughout their career, Clement has demonstrated expertise in risk identification, compliance audit, internal audit strategy, internal control evaluation, and information security controls. Clement holds several certifications, including CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, MCPN, MNSE, and MNIM.

Clement Odediran CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, MCPN, MNSE, MNIM has a diverse education history. Clement obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech. Hons) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the same university in 1998. In 1993, they also earned a National Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from The Polytechnic Ibadan. Clement's education journey began at Lagelu Grammar School Ibadan from 1984 to 1989.
